So we are known for our freshness and the bright citrus based flavors of our marinades. Our Lemon Rosemary chicken uses organic Rosemary and Sage with fresh lemons and lemon juice plus a new flavor, Pesto Chicken, fresh lemon juice, basil, garlic & olive oil, delicious & healthy!. Our Asian Chicken features fresh ginger, garlic, fresh lime and a traditional Soy Sauce. Our most popular is the Portuguese Frango made with our house Pimentas Moida, fresh garlic and fresh lemon. No Joke Smoke BBQ- This Tuesday, No Joke Smoke Bbq will be in full Season with our Strawberry Habanero, Dark Cherry Maple and Pineapple Bomb spring flavors and as always, our year round signature sauces, Sweet Heat and Wicked Honey Mustard. If the skies are clear the griddle will be on and we will be serving,  Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese sandwiches w/slaw Pineapple Bomb Bacon Cheeseburgers and. Sausage w/ grilled onions, peppers and cheese.
