Potatoes, Kale and Apple, Kale Swiss Chard, beet with dill, and Strawberry,
kale with basil.
Herb-in-Fusion/Sprig/Rind- This week, Sprig is
excited to be offering 2 new summer jelly
flavors:

Ginger and Mango Rhubarb
with Sweet Cicely
We’ll also have Fresh Herb Bundles (along with a recipe) for
stuffing trout from Robbin’s Trout Farm.
As always, we’ll have
our regular offering of Herb and Pepper Jellies; Whole Leaf Dried Herbs and
Peppers; Seasoning Blends; Fresh Herbs and Strawberries; and our popular
Cucumber, Lemon, and
Herb Infused Water by the cup.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies and Devil’s Food Ganache Cupcakes.
Robbins Trout Farm- Rainbow trout, Brook trout and Brown trout
freshly harvested.
Running Brooke Vineyards- A
variety of wines from the local vineyards grapes, keeping it local.
Say Cheese- Fresh Eggs, Honey
Pepper Jellies Marmalade and New Smith Farmstead Artisianal Cheeses. Gouda
spreads. Havartis, & gouda Wedges. Featuring Shy Brothers Hannabells
SEMAP- This week we’ll have
information about our upcoming events, including our Farmland Seeker Forum,
winter Networking Meeting, and Ag & Food Conference.
Skinny Dip Farm- Sugar snap peas,
lots of salad greens, radishes, chard, kale, herbs and more. All certified organic.
Sweet and Salty Farm- Plain Cream
yogurt- nice and golden this time of year.
Plus we will have our Veal Sausages, Veal Weisswurst, and Veal Chops.
Wicked Good Soups- Roasted
Chicken Corn Chowder and Kale Soup all made fresh with local ingredients.
Wyandotte Farm- Fresh Eggs, Fresh
Chickens & Wyandotte Hot Wings, Frozen Lamb.
