1773 Roasters- Freshly roasted coffees from Bolivia, Brazil, and Costa Rica. The coffees are all mountain grown and handpicked resulting in the highest quality possible. They will be whole bean or ground in 1 or 1 ½ IB quantities. Additionally, cups of coffee or iced coffee will be available for purchase.
Al’s Backwood Berrie- Homemade Jams and Jellies & Honey.
Amir’s Natural Food- This Tuesday we will bring New items which include; Moussaka Dinner- A meat Moussaka and A vegetarian Moussaka. We will also have A Kibbah again; Meat vegan and Vegetarian Vegan. Donde Thiago- We specialize in stuffed arepas, corn-based flatbreads typical of Colombia. Our arepas are handmade daily for each Market and filled with a variety of vegetables, meats, cheeses, fruits, and homemade sauces. We strive to use as many local and organic products as possible in showcasing South and North American flavors. Carne Mango BBQ, Mixta, Honey Mustard Chicken,Vegetarian, Sweet Plantain and the Queso.
Farm to Baby- We will have a variety of mixtures to put a smile on your babies face! All natural and local organic ingredients.
Herb-in-Fusion/Sprig/Rind- Sprig will be feature some of its best seasoning, herb, and salt blends to compliment all of the fresh produce coming in from the farms. Market visitors are invited to stop by and check out this week’s features: Chermoula Seasoning – a delicious mix of herbs and earthy spices; excellent on fresh vegetables, fish, seafood, and other meats; enriches the flavor of rice and grains. Basil Sea Salt – a fresh batch of premium basil and sea salt; perfect for the tomatoes and corn coming out this week; pairs well with along with many cheese. No Salt Herb Sprinkle – excellent for flavoring vegetables, meats, and dressings without the salt common in most season. Our jelly features include: Cucumber Dill, Harissa, Mango Rhubarb, and Jalapeno Red Pepper Jelly. And as always, we’ll have a full selection of fresh and dried whole leaf herbs, all of our delightful infused jellies, and cucumber, lemon and herb-infused water (made with Simpson Spring water from Easton, MA)

Rein’s Real Baking- For breads this week we'll have Caraway Rye, Swedish Limpa, Pumpernickel, Garlic Ciabatta and Dill Ciabatta (debuting this week). For pastries we'll have Carrot Health Muffins, Cranberry Triple Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Blueberry Buckle. Look for frozen bread at discount prices as well as discounts off selected loaves during the final hour.
Robbins Trout Farm- Rainbow trout, Brook trout and Brown trout freshly harvested.
Running Brooke Vineyards- A variety of wines from the local vineyards grapes, keeping it local. This weeks brands will be, 2012 Unoaked Chardonnay, 2013 St. Croix, 2014 White Pinot Noir, 2013 Vidal Bland.

Skinny Dip Farm- It finally feels like summer!
Lots of squash and cukes, fresh onions and garlic, lots of flowers, a few early cherry tomatoes. Lots of baby salad greens and crunchy head lettuce and more! All certified organic and grown on our farm.
