Roasters- Freshly roasted coffees from Bolivia, Brazil, and Costa Rica. The
coffees are all mountain grown and handpicked resulting in the highest quality
possible. They will be whole bean or ground in 1 or 1 ½ IB quantities.
Additionally, cups of coffee or iced coffee will be available for purchase.

Herb-in-Fusion/Sprig/Rind-
Sprig will be feature some of its best seasoning, herb, and salt blends to
compliment all of the fresh produce coming in from the farms. Market visitors
are invited to stop by and check out this week’s features: Chermoula Seasoning
– a delicious mix of herbs and earthy spices; excellent on fresh vegetables,
fish, seafood, and other meats; enriches the flavor of rice and grains. Basil
Sea Salt – a fresh batch of premium basil and sea salt; perfect for the
tomatoes and corn coming out this week; pairs well with along with many cheeses.
No Salt Herb Sprinkle – excellent for flavoring vegetables, meats, and
dressings without the salt common in most seasonings. Our jelly
features include: Vanilla Plum, Island
Spice Pineapple, and de Cassis Kir Wine Jelly. And as always, we’ll have a full selection of
fresh and dried whole leaf herbs, all of our delightful infused jellies, and
cucumber, lemon and herb-infused water (made with Simpson Spring water from
Easton, MA)

Real Baking- For breads this week we'll have
Caraway Rye, Swedish Limpa, Russian Rye, Garlic Ciabatta, Italian Ciabatta and
Onion Ciabatta. For pastries we'll have Carrot Health Muffins, Blueberry
Buckle, Spice Cake Muffins, Chipotle Chocolate Chip Cookies and Cranberry
Triple Chocolate Brownies. In response to requests, this week we're
adding Carrot Health Breads (twice the size of the Muffins). We'll have
plenty of frozen Caraway Rye, Cranberry Clove, Whole Wheat MultiGrain and
Za'atar Ciabatta at discount prices as well as discounts off selected loaves
during the final hour.

Trout Farm- Rainbow trout, Brook trout and Brown trout freshly
harvested.

Brooke Vineyards- A variety of wines from the local vineyards grapes, keeping
it local. This weeks brands will be, 2012 Unoaked Chardonnay, 2013 St. Croix,
