Herb-in-Fusion/Sprig/Rind- Sprig will be feature some of its best seasoning, herb, and salt blends to compliment all of the fresh produce coming in from the farms. Market visitors are invited to stop by and check out this week’s features: Chermoula Seasoning – a delicious mix of herbs and earthy spices; excellent on fresh vegetables, fish, seafood, and other meats; enriches the flavor of rice and grains. Basil Sea Salt – a fresh batch of premium basil and sea salt; perfect for the tomatoes and corn coming out this week; pairs well with along with many cheeses. No Salt Herb Sprinkle – excellent for flavoring vegetables, meats, and dressings without the salt common in most seasonings. Our jelly features include: Vanilla Plum, Island Spice Pineapple, and de Cassis Kir Wine Jelly. And as always, we’ll have a full selection of fresh and dried whole leaf herbs, all of our delightful infused jellies, and cucumber, lemon and herb-infused water (made with Simpson Spring water from Easton, MA)

Rein’s Real Baking- For breads this week we'll have Caraway Rye, Cranberry Clove, Whole Wheat MultiGrain and Garlic Ciabatta. For pastries we'll have Carrot Health Muffins, Carrot Health Breads, Blueberry Buckle, Spice Cake Muffins, Spice Mini Bundt Cakes and Cranberry Triple Chocolate Brownies. We'll have plenty of frozen bread at discount prices, including Garlic Ciabatta, Onion Ciabatta, Za'atar Ciabatta and Swedish Limpa, as well as discounts off selected loaves during the final hour.
Robbins Trout Farm- Rainbow trout, Brook trout and Brown trout freshly harvested.
Running Brooke Vineyards- A variety of wines from the local vineyards grapes, keeping it local. This weeks brands will be, 2012 Unoaked Chardonnay, 2013 St. Croix, 2014 White Pinot Noir, 2013 Vidal Bland.
Say Cheese- Fresh Eggs, Honey Pepper Jellies Marmalade and New Smith Farmstead Artisianal Cheeses. Gouda spreads. Havartis, & gouda Wedges.
Skinny Dip Farm- We have tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, onions, carrots, beets, salad greens, squash, cukes, flowers and more! All certified organic
Smackadoodles- We'll have Salted Choc Caramel, Raspberry Pink Champagne, Chicken Cordon Blue, Gluten Free & Original.
Sweet and Salty Farm- We will have our Cream Top Yogurt, and new this week, our very first cheese! We call it Peach Fuzz: it's a cow's milk cheese aged about 2 months.
