Value Added Foods

Al's Backwood's Berrie Co., Plymouth, MA
Each week it is a new surprise over at Al's tent.  Al delights in creating new and visually appealing jams and jellies.  The apple pie, blueberry rhubarb and jalepeno pepper have been some of the favorites this season.  Do not be fooled into thinking these jams are only for toast--we've used them for fish, fruit spreads for pancakes or french toast, and the classic pb&j.  Each week Al also has raw, local honey, too.
