Value Added Foods

Al's Backwood's Berrie Co., Plymouth, MA
Al's Jarred Deliciousness
Each week it is a new surprise over at Al's tent.  Al delights in creating new and visually appealing jams and jellies.  The apple pie, blueberry rhubarb and jalepeno pepper have been some of the favorites this season.  Do not be fooled into thinking these jams are only for toast--we've used them for fish, fruit spreads for pancakes or french toast, and the classic pb&j.  Each week Al also has raw, local honey, too.

Joslin Foods Dartmouth, MA
Jennifer makes three varieties of tomato sauce that are loaded with vegetables.  A fabulous way to pack a meal with vitamins.  Great for children and adults alike.  Go on and sample some at tomorrow's market.

Liv a Little, Rochester, MA
Chocolate Nachos made fresh in Rochester.  Varieties include Sunflower Seed, Toffee and Pecan.  Sarah's chocolate nachos are not your average dessert.

Omega Olive Oil, Kingston, MA
This olive oil is produced from California olives, which means it is a high quality olive oil from right here in the states--how lucky for us.  Extra-virgin, organic olive oil is now available at the market!  Felecia also brings to our market the most delectable balsamic vinegars.  With flavors like Pomegranate Balsamic, Fig Balsamic, Honey Ginger Balsamic, and Cranberry Balsamic these vinegars are guaranteed to enhance the flavor in your dishes.
